Unlocked action bars: drag a button to another slot to move or swap it, drag it off the bars to remove it. Locked: hold Shift to do the same. With the camera locked, it turns to keep your target ahead of you, and while you move your character faces the target: W closes in, S backs away, Q / E circle round it; holding a mouse button still looks around. Ctrl-V turns all name plates on or off.
